Sunday Sun can reveal that the former Live host has renewed her contract with Revlon.
She made headlines this year as the first Mzansi ambassador for the cosmetics brand.A highly placed source told Sunday Sun: Bonang has been offered another contract for many years to come.It is alleged that the big news has been kept under wraps to be made public next year as a bigger campaign is on the cards.

Revlon has been happy with Bonang so far reported a Daily sun "Mole".Her glamour team is full of smiles as their contracts have also been renewed. Another source added that Bonang is a super star in Mzansi and they cannot see any bigger star than her. This mole added: Her make-up and hair stylist Vuyo Varoy's contract has also been renewed.

"Im very excited and happy. Revlon is known for long-standing relationships with ambassadors like Halle Berry. The year with them has been fantastic and it was a global decision to keep me on .It is both flattering and a huge chunk of pressure as this is a global brand.". Is what Queen B had to say regarding the contract renewal.  She added "I am a long-term girl and hope to be in a relationship with them for a long time. It's also about growing the brand and this year we were voted number one cosmetics brand in Mzansi. Vuyo and I will still be a team."

Bonang said in 2015 she will be focused on the cosmetics campaign. She will keep busy as a judge for the Top Billing search, not forgetting her Woolworths underwear line and a new contract as Ciroc Vodka ambassador. We as Djsproduction would like to congratulate Bonang on yet another achievement.Best of luck for everything thats in the pipeline.

SA HIP HIP HOP AWARDS EMBRACES THOSE DESERVING

1: Atjazz
From his misspent youth skateboarding the frontier towns of North Eastern England, Martin Iveson arrived into the UK’s Midland scene in the early nineties, here he was to take a job at a new computer games development studio by the name of Core Design Ltd., this company is now synonymous with Lara Croft and the series of Tomb Raider games.

Not content with scoring this, one of the world’s most famous video games, Martin left the company 13 years later to concentrate more on his own studio environment in which to channel his musical aspirations further, and invite other musicians and producers to do the same.

The success of his early works including his first EP ‘Story’ in 1996 led to the well-received album ‘That Something’, which was later licensed in Japan by Sony/Kioon in 1998. This debut album also featured cover artwork by Fujio Akatsuka, very well known in Japan for his Illustrations and animated cartoons. With two further albums, ‘Labfunk’ & ‘Labresults’ following soon after, Atjazz had at this time established himself as a distinct and inspirational voice in the underground music scene.

Martin has also been a prolific remixer throughout his career remixing and reworking songs & works for artists such as Nitin Sawhney, Bob Sinclar, Jazzanova, Zed Bias & Omar to name but a few and was even requested to rework Henri Mancini’s ‘The Pink Panther Returns” for EMI Records. Martin is still remixing heavily as he states that remixing has helped to launch his production techniques forward and it’s the perfect practice pitch for trying out new ideas and breaking moulds within a diluted industry. “Remixing helps to hone your sound and allows the producer to print their trademark into another space”

Martin’s trademark sound has been requested on many occasions by top class vocalists including Clara Hill, Replife & Deborah Jordan for their own artist album projects and also rubbing shoulders with some amazing musicians & producers along the way. Martin has also teamed up with world-class production legend Charles Webster as ‘Version’ and are working on their debut album for Miso Records.

2009 saw Martin close his label Mantis Recordings due to harsh industry changes and from these ashes came the Imprint appropriately named ‘Atjazz Record Company’, which has flown to great heights within the digital realm and has seen many fantastic and sought after releases including his 3rd long player ‘Full Circle’. This label concentrates heavily on Martin’s productions and collaborations. Atjazz Record Company is a new chapter for Atjazz but with a continuation of his trademark sound.

Martin ‘Atjazz’ Iveson is in demand across the world: Whether it be renowned producer, sought after remixer, or floor filling DJ, Martin gives his heart to hold the soul…

Congratulations to all the artists who managed to make it on this list.We acknowledge and appreciate it that you guys are waving the South African flag high internationally.

CORPORATE DEALS SEALED BY SA ARTISTS SIGNED IN 2014

So we’re all in agreement that 2014 was a big year for the South African music industry. Records were sold, rhymes spit ,credibility cemented and Beef's either made bigger or started. But, what stood out for us is that big brands (corporate to you and I), noticed and showed appreciation of the hard work put IN by the artists. So here are South African artists who were involved in lucrative(hopefully) deals with the coolest brands this year.

CASSPER NYOVEST – RAN BAN

Refiloe Phoolo reached gold status with his debut album Tsholofelo. The hip hop artist was so happy he dyed his beard gold and got his whole squad doing the same, this including Ämantmbazane hitmaker Riky Rick. Ray Ban clearly likes his style they signed him as an official ambassador.

MAFIKIZOLO – MTN

We’ve lost count on how many awards this band has collected this year. From sweeping out the Metro Awards to getting BET nominations. They killed it everywhere – from Nigeria to the U.S. Network company MTN used this duo to promote their ‘Win a Plane’ competition. Long after the prize has been won, you’re now likely to see their face on MTN billboard.

KHULI CHANA – KFC
Mnatibawen is a cool track. What is crazy about KFC’s deal with Khuli is that the song is part of an album that was released last year. But Chana power is so mega that the fried chicken franchise used the song’s hook “heh-eh heh-eh” for their ad. Finger lickin’ good stuff…

AKA – GREYGOOSE & HEAD HONCHO
Mr Forbes did really well with his current album, Levels, so much so alcohol label Greygoose got on the bandwagon. They announced that AKA was going to be their brand ambassador. Not to be outdone, cool kids’ clothing label Head Honcho also did a line of fashionware with him. These are really cool deals, man.

Pearl Modiadie - Avon
Pearl Modiadie signed the deal as the endorsement face...The deal will saw Modiadie launching a new fragrance aspire by a floral bouquet of bold orange blossom and jasmine combined with warm woods and precious musks.

Bonang Matheba - Revlon & Ciroc

Joining Halle Berry, Olivia Wilde and Emma Stone, Bonang Matheba was the first Revlon representative outside of the United States.According to a Revlon press statement, Matheba is the embodiment of bold glamour.“We searched tirelessly for a local celebrity who would inspire young South African women to own every moment by looking their best,” said Pumza Payi, marketing director of Revlon South Africa. “Bonang was the perfect choice because she is quintessentially Revlon on all levels.”

David Tlale , Dj Dimplez , Da L.E.S & Bonang

South African designer David Tlale as well as South African media personalities Bonang Matheba, Da L.E.S and DJ Dimples have been unveiled as the brand ambassadors for Ciroc Africa, a quite popular vodka.According to Ciroc, David Tlale, Bonang Matheba, Da L.E.S and DJ Dimplez were chosen as ambassadors because they are influencer's in each of their niches.

The December 2014 cover for ISpeakHipHop

I guess he can only be dependent on the future to predict that. You can get yourself a copy of this magazine by simply Smsing #Tsholofelo4Platinum to 38585 . It's just R10.
