Tira 's comment on the issue
Tira, real name Mthokozi Khathi, says there is no beef between him and DJ Sox.“This was a mutual agreement and we will continue to work together,” says Tira.He says their decision is based on business and personal growth.“We will go on to help and support each other in other projects and still remain friends,” he says. The newly-wed Tira reports that he wants to drop his debut solo album in 2010, but for now his main focus is his company Afrotainment.“I want to be part of the best things that will be happening in 2010, but I will feature other artists now and then.“I want to put my efforts into expanding my business as well as developing and empowering young musicians,” he adds.

DJ Sox 's side on the matter
DJ Sox tells Sunday World he is also working on his solo album, which will hopefully be released early next year.He says the album will be recorded through Sheer House.Sox, real name Mbuso Sokhela, says change is good and so is growth.“Tira and I come a long way and will continue to support each other, but we both agreed to go our separate ways,” he says.It does not end there. Sox will be acting on an international movie directed by Mandle Nzimande, in which he will be playing a music teacher and club DJ.“I will start shooting in November, and I’m looking forward to new challenges as I have never acted before,” he says.
