The Legends of Deep

Some of the heavy weights when it comes to Deep House , The likes of Vinny Da Vinci , DJ Christos , Ralf Gum , Rocco , DJ Strategy , Frank Roger, Tim white

 DJ Christos is the kind of person they had in mind then they coined the term OG. Producer, DJ, label owner and mentor; in a career that has spanned more than two decade.

Vinny Da Vinci , for almost a decade  has been hailed as the country’s most knowledgeable Deep House groove expert and undoubtedly is still at the helm; charting the deepest currents in the global ocean of dance music,

Ralf GUM is one of the most respected figures in the house music scene for the distinctive qualities in his exceptional productions and DJ-sets.

Frank Roger , ---------->
A French House Music DJ - producer Franck Roger. When not travelling the world accepting club invitations, this devoted crate digger spends time in his Parisian studio messing with beats and loops. Never not working, Franck Roger is about to take things to another level as beat maker, a talent scout (through his Real Tone Records label),

<----- span="" style="background-color: #3d85c6;">DJ Strat3gy (aka Glenn van Loggerenberg) ,Jo’burg-based but globally mobile, media maverick  mixes his passion for driving 4/4 beats with a formidable array of media skills which span the worlds of music distribution, broadcast, online, mobile and event staging.

His breakthrough DJ residency at The Foundation in 1998/9, featured a guest appearance by Louie Vega and occurred at the same time as he produced and spun on Y-FM’s first Saturday night dance show (Y-ASK-Y).  The overwhelmingly positive response at the time cemented his transition to a deeper Afrocentric sound, a natural progression from the more experimental DJ appearances he started out with in 1992.

 Tim White ------>
He may be a veteran but he still has all the verve of the younger man who blew open willing minds during the early hours at early house and techno venues like Fourth World, and maintains the enthusiasm – and love for house music – that he had when he fired up Johannesburg’s first specialist vinyl emporium. He’s the mack daddy of deep: House Afrika’s main man
