Label owner and South African House Music legend Dj Christos has re-launched his label Katsaitis Music, which became a major independent label in the motherland. During it’s 14 years of existance, it was focussing on Soulful and Deep House. So far most of Katsaitis Music’s releases were on CD format for the South African Market, where the label looks back on 6 Platinum an 12 Gold selling albums to date.
The first digital release from Katsaitis Music will be ‘Tonic Hd – La Musica Ep’ and has hit Traxsource from the 25th of July. Tonic’s sound has the South African afro feel, yet is very Soulful. His music is clean, clear, fresh and uncluttered which can make you wonder how can a young musical genius have such a mature but yet fresh approached to house music. Already a massive hit on the streets of South Africa this Ep is set to cause mayem soon on the world dance floors.
