ROCKA SET TO ROCK S.A DECLARED BY LOCAL ARTISTS

Local artists  Khuli Chana, DJ Tira, Micasa, Danny K and Dj Zinhle officially launched their Brand, ROCKA headphones and earphones in style with Sizwe Dhlomo as MC at Taboo last Friday. We spotted Dj Zintle and Micasa  rocking the ROCKA headphones earlier on Friday at YO TV launch.

When asked about what he thinks of the  product, J' Something of Micasa said, "What was important for us was that the product represents our brand, which is one of high quality, it needed to be good, it needed to look good and it needed to sound and feel good.

“You know we’re always trying to emulate the greats like your 50 cents and Dre. I’m about game changing moments and surrounding myself with big picture thinkers like these artists so this was the best idea ever,” rapper Khuli Chana added.

There was special appearance on the decks by DJ Lowdown Loretta Brown aka Erykah Badu, artists also performed their individual hit songs to round off the event.

 

The headphones are currently available at Look ‘n Listen and Van Schaik stores. They are soon to be available at Waltons, Makro & Toys R Us stores with prices ranging from R149 to R349.
