Shimza has come a long way , born in Tembisa and grew the love of music particularly House Music from his early days as a child. He debut into House Music as a DJ in 2003 where he went on to win the Red Square DJ competition in 2006 which lifted his status in the House Music Arena.
Some of his achievements which have led to his superiority in House Music industry include South African Music Conference’s DJ Spin offs Competition, VO National Betrams “the next big thing, Gauteng Carnival DJ Competition.
His latest achievements includes hosting the prestigious annual “Dj Shimza’s One Man show 1,2 & 3” and playing in some of country’s big concerts such as Spring Fiesta, Oh Ship and Yfm gigs alongside big names like Fresh, Oskido and others.
