One of this year’s highly anticipated local albums, Local hip hop star Da L.E.S has revealed the street release date for his upcoming sophomore album “Mandela Money” and it is very soon. The LP will be available for pre-order on iTunes from June 15th, accompanied by an official launch party at Taboo. Fans will get the new single ‘Dice’ immediately when purchasing the album with a pre-order, and then get the full album on July 4th, when the album drops officially. “Mandela Money” was initially set to be released last year, but L.E.S pushed it back to perfect the product that fans will call a quality product.
The first single off the album was ‘Heaven’ which to this day still gets a wild reaction from hip hop fans across the country.pres below to play the video...
