The police officials who were accused of inter alia attempting to murder Khuli Chana have tendered a public apology to Khuli Chana on a media platform which Khuli Chana has accepted.
The trumped up charge opened by the SAPS against Khuli Chana has been withdrawn by the senior prosecutor.
Khuli Chana's legal team and the SAPS entered into an out of court settlement.
Khuli Chana is relieved that this tumultuous ordeal is over. it's been an 11 month journey of unwarranted scrutiny of him. Khuli chana likes to live a purpose filled life and is happy that he can now go about doing exactly that without having to be in and out of court. No amount of money would ever be enough to replace or compensate the ordeal that Khuli Chana has gone through and he is thankful to have the case end after almost a year.
