The Meaning of UDU 's Nyoso Hit Track

After several talks about the song on radio stations and entertainment TV, tracking down the pair behind the song had to be a task to help music lovers understand what they dancing to.

Known individually as Pex Africah (Tebogo Mbolekwa) and Deejaybuckz (Obakeng Ramahali) the musically joined pair have hit the entertainment stage with their dance hit single going viral on various radio stations. The Duo together call themselves UDU.

Trending on twitter and other social media platforms people want to know what the word means.
Defined by the duo Nyoso means nonsense.

“It’s a kasi term from Soshanguwe in Pretoria meaning nonsense, anything that does not make sense to you and sounds like rubbish can be named Nyoso.”
“We were just having fun in studio, little did we know the song is going to be a hit,” says Deejaybuckz
Translated 'don’t tell me about nonsense' the song has lyrics describing a scenario of a hustler who wants nothing to do with girls or anything that won’t bring him money because it’s nonsense.

“The song is a joke, its fun and more about making people laugh, hence we featured TollassMo,” adds Pex Africah. The double act under Kalawa Jazmee says they are not like Uhuru, Black Motions but versatile in their music.“People can’t position us with the other happening bands, we are doing us. We are multipurpose in our style and doing African drum”
With an album on the line up in 2014, songs such as African Plea, Samatapayapa and Nyoso are set to make waves on dance floors.
